“ONE CALL GETS IT ALL”
Competitive pricing is definitely a must, but without quality and service, it is useless. Many companies can deliver a competitive price, but not many can also back up the price with quality and service. Joe Swartz Electric does. Having worked on over 100,000 homes Joe Swartz Electric has built a reputation with homebuilders that is unsurpassed.
Our efficiency starts with our sophisticated estimating system. Once an estimate is done it is an easy task to create exact kits with the material to do the job complete on the first trip. Work orders are also created that tell the electrician exactly what the home gets. This includes service information, the exact number and size of each circuit, specifications for the home and subdivision and if the home is within a city jurisdiction, any city requirements above the National Electric Code.
Before bidding a job, our estimators will ask an array of questions in order to formulate bids that are complete, accurate and do not contain unwanted costs.
Our estimators thoroughly go over each blueprint. Any items which need to be added to bring the plan up to the National Electric Code or up to any local jurisdiction requirements where the home is being built are added. If there are any additions or deletions we feel would benefit both the builder and the homeowner we will make suggestions.
When you receive our bids, whether for a custom home or a track home, they will specifically outline all the items contained in our bid as well as the draw schedule for your budgets.
